Use of Technology

Having a video camera in your pocket and instant access to all of human knowledge can be a real distraction. But technology is a tool, to be used with self-discipline, so we don't shy away from including it as an option to enhance our training. Some of our instructors occasionally use music or videos to facilitate activities in class. We may also offer Zoom classes on a case-by-case basis for temporary long-distance situations.  

 

Our website offers students an organized library of videos and information to help with at-home practice as well as details regarding annual events and tournaments. We hope to continually improve the content and capabilities of our website over time, and we appreciate any feedback you may have to offer.
